Appearance of the apartment
The apartment appears like a penthouse residence: Recessed on the top floor and fronted by a totally undisturbed 42 m2 (452 sq feet) terrace arranged angular and facing east and south, one can enjoy the panoramic view across the bay of Cannes and the Esterel Mountain range. The apartment of 85m2 (915 sq feet) is spaciously constituted by a large living room with 3 wide and full height sliding doors facing the terrace, 1 restroom, 1 bathroom, and 2 bedrooms.
The living room is furnished with a long dining table and 8 chairs, one corner couch, television (cable), and a desk. A semi-open kitchen is situated in conjunction with the living room, having a separate admission to the eastern side of the terrace.
The luxurious kitchen appearing in black granite and glossy, white cupboard faces is equipped with every modern utensil; inductive stove, extractor fan, hot air oven, dishwasher, Nespresso & filter coffee maker, fridge and freezer. A laundry machine is present. One bedroom is connected by a sliding door to the southern end of the terrace, while the other bedroom is situated at the rear of the apartment with undisturbed access to the bathroom.
Viewed from the terrace the apartment resembles a villa, given the classic tiled roof in Provencal style, and the electrically operated awning provides shade for the sun. Furthermore all windows are equipped with electrically operated shades.
The swimming pool on the domain has for the safety of children been shielded by a fence and a locked gate.
Beds for 6-8 persons
The 2 bedrooms are equipped with a double bed and 2 single beds respectively, as well as a baby berth. Further the couch in the livingroom can be transformed into another double bed. In the garage 2 foldable beds are stored, which in total adds up to 8 adult beds.
