Booking and terms of payment:
By credit card (VISA, MasterCard or AMERICAN EXPRESS):
The first payment rate (25% of the full amount + kr 1,000 deposit) will be deducted immediately from your credit card confirming a valid booking. The remaining amount is automatically deducted 30 days before arrival. We reserve the right to cancel the booking in case of invalid card or payment otherwise can not be completed. By cancellation the 1st payment rate will not be returned.

Via bank transfer:
Booking is validated only when the first payment rate (25% of the full amount + kr 1,000 deposit) has been received. The remaining amount to be paid no later than 30 days before arrival. We reserve the right to cancel the booking in case the remaining payment rate is not paid on time. By cancellation the 1st payment rate will not be returned.

Included in the rental fee is normal use of water, heating, electricity and internet.

Rental period:
Rental period is from Saturday 3pm to the following Saturday 10am.

Smoking:
Due to allergic reaction by the owners smoking is not permitted inside the perimeter of the apartment, i.e. neither indoor or outdoor on the terrace.

Domestic animals:
No pets are allowed.

Towels and linen:
Duvet and pillows are present in the apartment. Towels and linen is not included in the price.
Please bring: Bed sheets, duvet and pillow cover, towels and dish towels.

Cleaning at departure:
Cleaning fee at departure is obligatory of DKK 875 plus Energy fee of DKK 195.

Deposit:
The owner of the apartment reserves the right to deduct from the deposit the estimated value of broken articles and inventory or if the apartment has been left very dirty. The entire deposit will be withheld in case of smoking on the premises.
